Privacy Policy

SEO Autopilot ("we," "us," "our") provides automated SEO services to small and medium-sized businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: support@myseoautopilot.com.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account information

When you sign up we collect your name, business name, email address, business address, phone number, website URL, and the answers you provide in the onboarding questionnaire (services, target locations, brand details, photos and copy you choose to share). Payment information is collected by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.

1.2 Google user data (Search Console, Analytics, YouTube)

With your explicit consent through Google's standard OAuth flow, SEO Autopilot accesses the following Google User Data on your behalf:

  • Google Search Console (scope webmasters.readonly): the list of properties you own and aggregated 28-day metrics — clicks, impressions, click-through rate, and average ranking position — for the property matched to your website.
  • Google Analytics 4 (scope analytics.readonly): the list of accounts and properties you have access to, and aggregated 28-day metrics — sessions, users, new users, pageviews, and conversions — for the property matched to your business.
  • YouTube Data API (operator-side only, used by SEO Autopilot to manage its own channel @MySEOAutopilot — not your YouTube account): upload, comment-thread, and channel-management actions performed by SEO Autopilot on its own content. Customers are not asked for YouTube authorization.

Google User Data is used solely to display your performance metrics inside your SEO Autopilot dashboard and to inform the SEO actions our agents perform on your behalf. We do not use this data for advertising, profile-building, or AI model training, and we do not sell, transfer, or share it with third parties for any of those purposes.

1.3 Site analytics

Our marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which pages drive interest. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

2. How We Use Information

  • Deliver the SEO services you signed up for — content, citations, rankings tracking, monthly reports.
  • Display your performance metrics in your dashboard.
  • Send transactional emails (welcome, preview, monthly reports, billing notices).
  • Communicate about your account, including support replies.
  • Improve our service through aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.

3. How We Store and Protect Information

Account data and metric snapshots are stored in an encrypted Postgres database hosted in the United States. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used only to regenerate short-lived access tokens during scheduled metric pulls. Access is restricted to the SEO Autopilot operator role.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the service:

  • Hosting and database providers
  • Transactional email provider (for sending the emails described above)
  • Payment processor (for processing subscriptions)
  • Google APIs (for the metric integrations you authorize)
  • AI providers (for content generation; no Google User Data is sent to AI models)

5. Your Choices

  • Revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. This disconnects SEO Autopilot from Search Console and Analytics; metric tiles in your dashboard will stop refreshing.
  • Cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@myseoautopilot.com. We'll stop billing and delete your account data on request.
  • Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing the same address.

6. Limited-Use Disclosure (Google API Services User Data Policy)

SEO Autopilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will not:

  • Transfer the data to others except to provide or improve the user-facing features of SEO Autopilot.
  • Use the data for serving ads.
  • Allow humans to read the data unless we have your affirmative consent, the data is necessary for security, or the data has been aggregated and de-identified.

7. Children

SEO Autopilot is a business-to-business service and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and the "Effective" date above will be updated.
