Terms of Service
Effective May 15, 2026
These terms govern your use of SEO Autopilot ("the Service," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
SEO Autopilot provides automated search-engine-optimization services for small and medium-sized businesses, including:
- Daily SEO content publishing to your website (Mon–Fri).
- Local business-directory citations and ongoing monitoring.
- Keyword tracking with daily rank refreshes (number of tracked keywords depends on your plan).
- Performance reports via dashboard and monthly email.
- A free SEO-optimized website if you don't already have one suitable for SEO.
- Real-time chat support inside your dashboard.

2. Account
You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly at support@myseoautopilot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscription & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Plans start at $99/mo (Solo, 50 tracked keywords) and scale up to National ($928/mo, 1,500 tracked keywords). Above National is custom.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately for the tracking limit; the price change applies on your next billing cycle.
- You authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Failed charges may pause the service after a grace period.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you're responsible for where required.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@myseoautopilot.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Annual plans are eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused full months if you cancel within the first 60 days; outside that window, annual fees are non-refundable.
5. Your Content & Data
You retain ownership of your business information, photos, copy, website domain, and any content we publish on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to use these to deliver the Service. When you cancel, content already published to your site stays with you — we won't delete it.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or that infringes others' rights.
- Promote businesses we cannot lawfully serve under applicable laws and Google's webmaster guidelines (e.g., adult, gambling, or other restricted categories where local law prohibits).
- Interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for accounts that violate these terms.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms — Google Search Console, Google Analytics, business-directory websites, your website host or CMS — under your authorization. Those platforms are governed by their own terms; we're not responsible for changes or outages on those platforms.
8. SEO Results Disclaimer
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control (search-engine algorithms, competitor activity, your site's technical health, the volume and quality of backlinks earned, local search intent, etc.). We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. We commit to performing the work described on the pricing page on the cadence stated, and we provide full transparency through your dashboard.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content or data you provide, your violation of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement under the cancellation rules in Section 4. We may suspend or terminate immediately for unpaid invoices after notice, or for violations of Section 6.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and the "Effective" date above will be updated. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
